Pre production sample bag will be produced as per customer request and signed off before the final production. This process will help customer, procuring correct bag with right colour, dimensions and specifications as per their requirement and help acacia to gain customer confidence.

Manufacturing facility:

• We have own manufacturing facility at OLD MAHABALIPURAM ROAD (OMR), Perungudi, Chennai-96 with a capacity to produce 15000qty to 20000 qty bags per month.
• We are equipped with branded machines like Pfaff, Juki, Durkopp Adler to produce high quality and reliable bags.

MATERIAL SOURCING and QUALITY:

• We have well-established vendors who produce superior best in class Lightweight and durable fabric with WR(Water Repellent)
• Quality premium Zippers/Runners with Min 7500 Cycles tested on every supply.
• Quality webbing and high durable Buckles from established vendors
• Bonded Nylon threads will be used on every single bag to make it highly durable
• Every Raw material will have desired checking parameters and will verified in house before production process.
• In line production checking and finished product checking of every single bag help us with zero defects before dispatch
• At acacia, we have specialized team to look after stage by stage right from design, cutting, production and quality testing before the final dispatch.
